Alta is not syncing with phone app.

I tried forgetting Alta and re syncing. Now my phone can't even find my Alta. So frustrating

Hi @Suzysweetbee. When you went thru the steps to "forget" the Alta, did you try setting it up again? Or is this where your phone will not find your Alta? 

 

Please try restarting your Alta. Instructions are here. Go thru the steps 2 or 3 times. Then try setting it up again. Sometimes a reset is all it takes. Let us know how it goes. Good luck!

I am having the same problem.  This should be simple - I've followed the instructions - multiple times. My phone doesn't find Alta - blue-tooth is on and I'm connected to wireless.
