Alta stopped appearing under Bluetooth devices on my iPhone 4

I finally got it to work, but I could not find how to delete a post.  Please disregard this topic -- or MODERATOR, please delete!

 

I've searched help topics but nothing I found is helping.  I've restarted my iPhone and Alta multple times and reinstalled the app on my iPhone.  No difference.

 

I've had my Alta about 3 weeks.  It used to sync fine, then it became sporadic, and about a week ago it stopped altogether.  I usually sync from my computer, but I want the Alta to display texts and CID which it can't do because it isn't showing up.

We can edit, but not delete.

It's nice to see you around the Community @veramilo! As @Odyssey13 mentioned, there's not an option to delete a post. However, you can edit it as you did.

 

Hope to see you participating in the Community more often since I think it would be awesome for you to explore our Community, so you can go ahead and log to any of the topics that might be of your interest in our Discussion boards. Feel free to comment and contribute with your knowledge and experience.

 

However, I was wondering... do you have an iPhone 4 or iPhone 4S? At this time the iPhone 4 is not a supported device so I'm assuming that was the reason your Alta wasn't appearing under the Buletooth. Check the supported devices here.

It's a 4s so I got in just under the wire.  It was showing up initially, then inexplicably stopped.  I haven't been using the feature very much so I didn't realize it wasn't working until I needed it.  

 

It's unfortunate that, after hours/days of searching, I finally decide to post and a minute or two later, I figure it out.  I was hoping I could delete my post before wasting anyone's time.

Yes.  Sometimes I just threaten my car that I'm taking it to the mechanic and the noise stops.  😊
