My Alta and my daughter's Charge HR just stopped connecting to our phones this weekend. Any suggestions? We have already tried powering off the phones without luck

Hello @Mdm45801, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

If your Alta and your daughter's Charge HR are not syncing correctly with your phones I would like to suggest the following:

  1. Restart the Alta and the Charge HR
  2. Turn off the Bluetooth on your phones for 15 seconds, then turn them back on.
  3. Restart your phones once again.

If the trackers are still not syncing my best recommendation would be setting them up as new devices in your respective phones in order to reset the connection between the trackers and the phones. Don't worry, none of the information previously stored in your accounts will be deleted.

To set up your tracker as a new device:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  2. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  3. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else. Smiley Wink
