Alta turning off every few days

Updated app. Did the re-set with 3 button pushes in 8 seconds. Alta seemed to sync again but now it's turning off randomly every few days. Why? And help please. (Battery is nearly fully charged!)

Alta can hold a charge for about five days @Perkygirl66, there are some factors that may shorten it by a couple of days (like the three or four you are experiencing) - take a look at this help article, which has some details for you to consider for trade off of bells & whistles vs longevity. If you are aware of those details, and your Alta actually dies within 3 days my best advice is to contact our Customer Support team so they can investigate further and make sure you are getting full value.
