Yesterday I bought two identical Alta's for my daughter and I. Hers syncs with her iPhone 6 and laptop perfectly, mine won't sync with my iPhone 7 plus or laptop. I've troubled shooted everything, tried reinstalling 5 times - I've wasted too much time on this the last two days when I could have b RN getting steps up. I'm thinking of returning it. What should I do? Thanks in advance.
