My Alta has stopped syncing to my iPad.
Ive turned off bluetooth on my iPhone and deleted the app to break the connection so its only on my iPad.
Ive re-set the Alta via the charging lead as per info on the troubleshooting section but it still wont sync. Its also not getting notifications re calls, texts etc even though its set up in the settings..
On the help article it says to

Hi @emma.e and welcome to the Community!
First I would recommend making sure that your iPad is supported for syncing with Fitbit trackers. Click here to check.
Next, I would recommend either turning off your iPhone's Bluetooth or forgetting the Bluetooth bond between your Alta and iPhone if there is one. If there is a Bluetooth bond between your Alta and iPhone, which is required for call/text/calendar notifications, it will prevent you from syncing with a second mobile device.
If you still can't sync with your iPad afterwards for some reason, I'd then recommend the sync troubleshoots mentioned here.
Hope this helps you out!

Hello @ImNayNay, thanks for joining us, it's great to see new faces around the Community! ![]()
It is possible to sync your Fitbit tracke with an iPhone and an iPad, just remember that it can only sync to one device at a time, meaning that if you want to use your iPad, turn off the Bluetooth on your iPhone and viceversa, that way the Bluetooth signal of the device you're not using won't interfere with the syncing process.
Additionally, if you haven't downloaded the Fitbit app on your iPad yet, please go to the App Store and make sure Iphone Store is selected instead of Ipad Store, otherwise the app won't appear in the list.
I hope this information can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you please keep me posted!
Best AnswerI have tried all the above suggestions- switching off iPad and Bluetooth. Uninstalling and reinstalling Fitbit app but still won't sync with my iPad. I previously had a Charge HR which I have removed so I know my iPad is compatible.

If so and as you have already tried several troubleshooting steps I would like to suggest setting up your tracker as a new device to restart the connection between your iPad and your Alta. Don't worry, this won't remove any of the previous information stored in your account.
To set up your tracker as a new device:
