I don’t want to see this message and can’t figure out how to remove it.
I have cardio load disabled as a metric to see on the main screen but I still see this notification. Even dismissing it (hitting the x) doesn’t prevent it from showing next time you open the app.
Anyone figured out a way to remove this permanently?

This would be great if it works. Others have tried multiple fixes (e.g., deleting cardio data) but the nag notification returns within a week.
But where do you find the "goal to maintaining fitness?" What setting?
Using Inspire 3 with iOS mobile app. Thank you!

Where do you do that? I am not seeing where goals are set.

Done! Thank you; hoping this does the trick!

Must be an Android thing--not in my Apple app.

I think it must be a Premium thing. It's not on my Android either.

Do you have Fitbit Premium? I have no "cardio load" under settings or the main page of the app. It's only mentioned under data, with the option to delete data (temporarily only).

Me, too. I don't have Premium and it keeps showing up about once a week, no matter what I do!

That's ok! I thought maybe I couldn't find the spot toset my cardio load goal bc I don't have premium. But of course it turns out to be another temporary fix! So I won't worry about it. I give up.

I'm on an iPhone and don't have Fitbit Premium. To show the Cardio Load 'feature' on your main dashboard, tap the pencil icon (top right), scroll down to the Activity section, and enable the toggle for Cardio Load. Once it appears on your dashboard, you can tap on it to adjust the Fitness Target to 'Maintain Fitness'.
Like most of us here, I only just learned about this setting today so I don't know yet if it will help. Let's hope so! Otherwise, Apple Watch here I come.

I also have an iPhone with no Premium. Marc is correct--this is how to change your Cardio goals to "Maintain Fitness."
Hoping it does away with the nag notification, too! We'll know in about a week.
