Hi support
The app keeps on asks ng me to switch on my Bluetooth. But the fitbit device and my phone is connected when I go to iphone settings.
I tried deleteing the app and reinstalling. But no success what now?

Hello @Christiaan, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention, are you getting a banner saying the Bluetooth is off when you open the app even when Bluetooth is on in your phone? If so, please swipe up on your phone for Control Center to display, in here, turn off Bluetooth, wait for 5 seconds, then turn it on and swipe down on the screen while on the app repeatedly until the tracker starts to sync.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
