App behind lockscreen after update to fitbit 4.23

Before the update to 4.23, my fitbit app on my Iphone was always available once started so I could easily pause, restart, and stop.  Since the update to 4.23, my lockcreen has precedence - the screen locks and I have to unlock the phone in order to access Fitbit.  Is there any way to change this?

I moved your post from the Charge 5 product help forum to the iOS platform forum. Hopefully, someone here who uses the iOS version of the Fitbit app will be able to help you.
