My charge 4 is communicating with iphone app...and my app with desktop dashboard, but the app buttons are frozen. This happened in past, and I had to remove my device and add back. It worked that time, but not this time.
Best AnswerHi, @Dlc98 , this happened to me once and it was fixed by deleting and re-downloading the app. You will not lose any data doing this, but do make sure you know the email address associated with your Fitbit account, and your password.
I hope this helps!

Hi @Dlc98, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the buttons of the Fitbit app of your computer are frozen. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I'd like to follow up and would like to know if the issue got resolved after trying the great workaround that shared my friend @Julia_G.
In case the issue persists, try logging out of your account, restart your computer, open the app and log in. Finally, check out if the buttons don't get frozen.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
