App can't find watch!

I have had a charge 2 for a couple of months and it's been working great. Then suddenly the app can't find the watch so won't sync. My charge seems to be working fine and shows my steps but the app stays at zero ....

The first thing to try when a fitbit misbehaves is a restart using this procedure:

Give this a few tries as it doesn't always work. If it still won't connect and sync after that then there are some more things to try in this help file:
