App did not get sleep correct after time change. It did get start and end times correct but failed to compensate for the extra hour. Also the hourly activity has changed. Mine has been set for 9am to 6 pm. Today it is 7am to 3pm. It changed by itself. I do not like the new app home page. It is harder to navigate and control what I want displayed and in the order I want it. Poor design.

I am in the eastern time zone of the United States. Early yesterday morning when I noticed the problem with sleep calculation, I contacted Fitbit and spoke with a customer care supervisor. He understood my concern, and tried to be of assistance, but was unable to get the problem corrected And thought that the sleep calculation error would not be corrected retroactively. I told him I was surprised that if a problem had existed, it was not identified when England went through their fall time change just a week before, and if the problem existed, I could not understand why it was not fixed During the week between England’s time change and the time change in North America. I do not recall this happening in prior years when time changes have occurred. I have dictated this on my iPhone and hope that you will be able to understand my ramblings I am using an iPhone SE third generation with a 5G plus connection Apples version 17.One and the Fitbit/Google version 4.03.
