App crash when sharing workout with GPS tracking

Hi all! Every time I go to share a work out that I used the GPS tracking on my app will crash! My phone is up to date as well as my app, and I can’t figure out what to do. Exercises that did not use GPS tracking share just fine with not issues, only the ones that used GPS tracking crash the app.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that the app crashes when you try to share your workout with GPS tracking. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. I would like to confirm if this issue happens only when you try to share the GPS workout? Does the app crash when you track your workout using GPS without sharing? Please let me know if you noticed this issue after some kind of update? Please confirm your iOS version for me to investigate further.

Hi there, I believe my current IOS version is 13.5.1, my settings say there are no updates currently available. The app has not crashed while tracking a GPS workout, the app only crashes when I go to share a GPS workout. I have not experienced any other crashes other than this.

Thank you for providing the additional details. I have forwarded your comments to our team for further investigation and hope this error will be resolved soon. I recommend to keep the app up-to-date as the updates come with new features and bug fixes. Meanwhile, have you tried to share your workout from the Community tab? Tap What are you up to? and select the exercise option.

Thank you for your efforts in sending my issue to the team and I hope for a resolution too. I tried your recommendation of going directly to the community tab and sharing a GPS tracked exercise that way and my app crashed doing that as well. I tried sharing an old GPS tracked workout and that worked on both options of sharing, but the most recent GPS tracked exercise will not share and crashes the app.
