Welcome to the community forums, @DOCTORMEGA.
Thanks for sharing the steps that you've tried so far. I'm sorry this is happening and so we can work on this together, please give a try to these other steps to see how it goes afterward:
I tried that and everything the help chat person said to try. Looks like they need to fix it with a software update. If they don’t plan on fixing it I guess I’ll have to look for a different brand. I use this function to track bradycardia
Best AnswerSame for me Jem, I use it for medical reasons rather than exercise. I really hope they fix the problem!
Best AnswerSeems this is happening to a number of users all of whom have tried the steps outlined with no success (including myself). Continues to crash only when viewing current days heart rate data.
please send this issue to tech team for resolution.
This is exactly what's happening to me, crashing when I look at heart rate and considering I only got this to track my heart rate because of a medical condition, it renders the money spent a waste.
Im on the most up to date software and have tried un/reinstalling and rebooting my phone. Signing out between those etc. still happening.
