Hello @fanwatch, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
If the app is crashing and you're still have it installed in your phone please force-close it by double tapping the home button on your phone and swiping up the app. Then open it again and check if it's still giving you a blank screen. If you have uninstalled it and are unable to install it back, please reply to me with a screenshot of the error you're getting so I can check this further.
I hope this can be helpful, thanks for your patience and understanding. If there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

Hi, I'm experiencing the same issue. I force closed the app and still was unable to access it. I then deleted the app and I am in the process of reinstalling. The app just says waiting when trying to reinstall.
Any suggestions?

I'm also having this issue. I have force closed, restarted the phone and have uninstalled. I now cannot re-download the app from the App Store. It will not load. This is now the 5th day with no app access on a Utah hiking trip that I specifically bought my Fitbit for.

Marco -
still cannot not get the app to re-download. I have even tried to remove the history of the app within iCloud and still no luck. I have restarted several times.

I finally got the app to download. Here's what I did:went to the App Store to reinstall, turned off my Bluetooth, closed out of all my apps (double tab on the home screen, swipe up), restarted my phone. Once I restarted my phone the app started to download. After the app downloaded and I logged in I turned my Bluetooth back on.
Hope this helps!
