Welcome to the forums, @CaleyB.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. This is odd and just to confirm, do you remember when this started? Does this happen when opening other tiles?
In the meantime, please give a try to the following steps in the given order:
Best AnswerHi Lizzy, it doesn’t happen when I open other tiles and not sure when it started.
I don’t have a score for last night so have been able to get the tile to open but when I click on another day from the week view, it loads and immediately crashes the app.
I’ve tried the troubleshooting steps but still having the issue unfortunately
I have the same issue. It crashes when i try to see my heartrate details. And when I try to see exercise details. Is there a solution?
Best AnswerHappening for me too. The crash happens when clicking on Readiness Score. It started happening with one of the upgrades. Either 4.32 or the one before that. The suggested fixes above (closing app, logging out, rebooting phone, etc.) do not resolve it.
Clearly no one from Fitbit / Google really follows this community. Apparently it’s meant to be a self-help community. I would have expected at least acknowledgement of these posts. Yes we’re all still experiencing this crash. Being an IT guy, I’d guess we have certain data that is causing the Readiness feature of the app to crash. That wouldn’t affect all users, only a subset. Harder to determine root cause. It’s no excuse though. It means poor coding — poor error trapping with some change they made in the last release.
I don't know if this will help everyone but I have been on chat to google 3x and finally it's fixed.
The new update is supposed to fix it, but as I'm an iPhone user, the app update didn't work until I'd updated my phone software to iOS 18.2.1. That seems to have fixed the issue... for now.

Best AnswerYes. Thank you for letting me know. The issue is now resolved with the iOS 18.2.1 update. I did Not have to reinstall the Fitbit app.

I’ve experienced this a year ago when I had Fitbit premium and the issue was fixed…supposedly, well the same issue has arisen and again the tech geniuses are trying to figure it out. I’ve also went through all the trouble shooting steps. Of course that was useless. We can go to the moon , explore mars, have an int’l space station, Hubble telescope, but google Fitbit geniuses can’t figure out a simple smart device!!!!
