Hi Fitbit Officials, can you please make the original Fitbit app for Iphone 6 Plus available in the App store for Sri Lanka. As I use  an Iphone 6 plus, without this app the Charge  HR is not much use, and I always have to get to a PC to track my activity. Also, can you please let me know if Charge HR supports sleep tracking.

Hi, @Chaminda! The iPhone app should allow you to track activity. Also, your Charge HR does support sleep tracking, it should recognize and log it automatically.

Hi, thanks for your reply,  my issue is that the  Iphone6 app is not been made available for Sri Lanka.

 

Also, It's disappointing to see that the FitBit officials have not even bothered to respond to me.
