Hi,

Very new to FitBit but when setting up my Inspire HR to my app (iPhone 6s IOS 12.3.1) it froze after every time i completed the questionnaire about my female health and i would have to close the app an re open it only to have to go through the same process over and over.

Wondering if there is a fix?

Thanks

I’m having issues as well. Every time I click to go to the female health calendar, my app freezes and dies.

I’m having the same issue after I updated the app

Freezes whenever I try to access it too. I’m not surprised, it’s fitbit.

They break everything.

I’ve never even been able to log water.

Don’t expect a fix, they’re useless.

My app freezes as well. Tried to delete and redone load and it won’t populate historical data.

I’m having the same issue; app freezing when I try to log my cycle.

Having so many issues after the latest update.

Me too. It appears to have lost my historical log of data as well

as being unable to edit and then crashes the Fitbit app. Update to fix this please as it has been like this since the previous update

Yes, exact same thing happening to me too. Sounds like a bug? Please fix, Fitbit!

The latest update is a disaster - old bugs that were fixed are back (magically disappearing food entries, calories not being included in totals) along with awful new ones like this. The female health tracker has been rendered completely unusable. It freezes the app every time I try to open it. I've tried the "toggle Bluetooth/wifi on/off" and "restart your phone" ideas and they do nothing. Hey, fitbit, please give us back the earlier version until you can figure out how to fix this mess!

I found that a similar error happened about this time last year, and a Fitbit representative had stated that the female health tracking was not working on weekends but fine on weekdays (?!) Sure enough, mine was working this morning. So it does appear to be the same bug that has reared its head again… which means there must be a fix for it.

Same thing has happened to me too! Never occurred to me that I would have to ‘back up’ this data, I thought it was safe. And now I’ve lost months of strenuous logging of details to better understand my health condition. Unbelievable. Can Fitbit please answer and fix the issue? I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, turned my phone on and off, logged in and out and nothing has fixed it. It’s been like this for almost a week. Most upsetting.
