App has lost steps from yesterday and challenge isn't updating.

I was in a daily challenge yesterday but the app stopped tracking my steps at 6pm. It was showing a hadn't synced. Even the dashboard was showing me as connected. I've tried closing it, turning phone off, manual sync but nothing works. Now today it has reverted my step count on the dashboard to what it was at 6pm so it's not showing I hit my target as it was last night. It is also not showing sleep from last night. I only got my Fitbit 2 days ago so I'm very frustrated. Any ideas anyone?

That sounds very frustrating. 

 

I'd like to get a closer look into what is going on.  Could you take some screen shots of that day and then post them here as a reply? 

 

In the meantime I'd like to suggest that you try to log out and then restart your phone. After the restart, log back into your account and see if the information for that day shows up.
