My fitbit App on iPhone is hanging with the message "Hang Tight.  We're cleaning things up for you".  I tried many things like restarting the App, restarting the iPhone, etc but nothing helps.

Hi @vbala00. Welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot the Fitbit app, and letting me know the outcome. Usually that message is displayed after updating the Fitbit app, but once the progress bar is completed you'll have full access to your account. May I know if the progress bar gets stuck in the middle of the process? Do you get any other error message on the Fitbit app?

I'd recommend to force quit the Fitbit app, make sure the Fitbit app is updated and reboot your phone one more time. If the issue persists or if you get a different message, take a screenshot and attach it in your reply. This way I can further investigate.

Keep me posted.

I can see the progress bar moving for a few seconds, but it gets stuck right in the beginning (extreme left).  After that, it just stay there and never progresses.  No other error messages.

Reinstallation of the App fixed the problem.

Thank you
