App not Locating any of my Fitbits since update 2 days ago

App having problems locating ANY of my Fitbits since update 2 days ago. I have restarted my iPhone and that doesn’t work. It is having difficulty whether I am running on WiFi or Cell data. It finds them some of the time. Right now hasn’t found the one I am wearing since 4 hours ago.

Thanks for trying those steps and bringing this information up. Let me help you figure out what is going on.

 

In this case, I'd like to ask if you have gotten some sort of error message and if so, what does it say? Additionally, let's try restarting the Fitbit devices themselves. That should help so that they start syncing.
