Has any one else had isssues with getting credit for all of their active hours (250 steps per hour)?
I had this problem with my Ionic where my tracker showed steps completed each hour but the app shows some hours not completed. I now have a Sense ( since April 2021) and it is doing the same thing. Example: today so far my tracker shows 5 of 5 hours completed so far but the app shows hour 3 not completed. I have app version 3.45 and sense has latest update. I’m just wondering if anyone else had had this issue and any way to correct it other than going way ove the 250 steps each hour.
thanks

In your case, there are two other settings that will help you instead of turning off the reminders to move. The Do Not Disturb (for meetings) and Sleep Mode (for sleeping in). They both stop notifications. You makes these changes in the Quick Settings on your Sense (swipe to the right) and you don't need to reach for your phone.

Didn’t work for me either. I think it’s an issue with syncing...if it doesn’t sync with app during the hour, it doesn’t pick it up...find this an issue when Sense is charging. Completed hourly activity, shows on Sense..put tracker on charge and then synced and it does not register the activity for the hour it was charging.

I think I’m done stressing about it. I mostly like my Sense so I’m just going to go on my merry way and when I do get a reading on these metrics I’ll thank the Fitbit gods for allowing me a glimpse of what I paid for.
goid luck everyone!

Didn't work for me either. It is extremely frustrating when you can go the whole day, meeting each hourly activity count and then the Sense shows 12 of 12 hours but the app craps the bed and shows 11 of 12. There is no manual override, no resyncing option and it just ruins my day when I can have multiple days in a row of 12 of 12, but then out of the blue the app decides to not sync correctly. Please fix this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
