App not displaying any data

tried syncing my ionic this morning as usual and i have a blank dashboard with no information at all. tried to add in the features i normally have like heart rate but the app says i need a device that supports this- which i do and it is synced. Logged onto the website to post this and all my data is there so assuming its a fault with the app only? Tried deleting and re loading and re syncing the device but no luck. Not sure what to do! Anyone else having this problem? Cheers

I appreciate all the details that were shared in your post, certainly this situation is only affecting your Fitbit app, however, this is not a common situation or something we're aware of. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which iOS mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this and this occurs everyday you sync your daily stats? I appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting this prior to posting, please follow the next steps:

 

  1. Log out from your Fitbit account.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the iOS version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Log in to your account using your Fitbit credentials.
  6. Sync your device and let me know if the issue persist.
