App not fitting the entire screen on iPad.

Hi all, Just updated my iPad to iOS 12.0 and a Fitbit update followed, since then my app resolution has changed. When I open the Fitbit app, the resolution is not full screen and the function at the lower right only makes it smaller. Is there a setting I’m missing? Any help would be great, thanks. Michael

The fitbit app for ipad is not rotating either.  This is annoying, as I sync my fitbit to my ipad because it is easier to access.  Is this issue related to the size issue with the IOS 12 update?

Hello @Mom22boysca, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board the Fitbit Community. Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Please note that the Fitbit app on iPad is only visible on portrait mode, it currently does not have a landscape mode, meaning that it will not rotate automatically.

I hope this resolves your inquiry, I hope you have a great day.

Hi @Mom22boysca and @SunsetRunner! I have a work around you may want to try. Rather than use the Fitbit app on my iPad, I use Safari and go to Fitbit.com. Granted, I have not upgraded to IOS 12 yet, but this method has worked consistently for me for quite a few years over several IOS upgrades.
