App not showing any data by day/week/month/year

I have the fitbit luxe, and for several months now, my app has not shown my daily, weekly, monthly or yearly summary of any metric - with the exception of heart rate and sleep pattern.  Today, I can no longer see my heart rate for the day, week, month, 3-months or year.  Not sure what I'm paying £72 a year for and I'm increasingly annoyed.  I've updated the app, so that's not the issue.  I've deleted and reinstalled the app.  I need this rectified.

A warm welcome to the forums @whatsnotused.

Thank you for taking the time to share with me the information about this difficulty that you are experiencing with the Luxe and your Fitbit app.

If today you cannot see heart rate and you haven't seen activities in the Fitbit app, even if you already performed these troubleshooting steps, please try the steps as indicated and then let me know if you are able to see them:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Offload the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the hours of activity are available now.

Confirm that your phone is using the latest version of the firmware.

In addition, please troubleshoot the device as indicated below:

  • Switch the Heart Rate settings from On to Off and manually sync your watch. To switch the heart rate settings on your Fitbit device, from the main screen of your Luxe, swipe left until you see "Settings", next swipe up until you see "Heart Rate" and switch it to Off.
  • Once it's done, manually sync your Luxe. To do so, from the Today tab, tap Devices > device image. Tap Sync Now
  • Next, switch it from Off to On and manually sync your Fitbit device once again.
  • Once it's done, restart your watch once again.
  • Next, confirm that your tracker is snug on your wrist (the lights shouldn't be visible) We also recommend when you're not exercising, wear the tracker just above the wrist bone.

Thank you. I did get my daily data back.

However, with the exception of my heart rate and sleep, I still cannot get any of the other metrics by day, week, month, year. I can only see things like my steps, calories and km walked at the particular moment I check the app?

I have the same problem. Have had my Fitbit for a year or so and when I click my steps in the iOS app, it just shows that it's loading but will not work. It's incredibly frustrating. I've tried many things including the above, but nothing works. Can you please find out why this happens and fix the issue from Fitbit's part? Because I think that is where the crux of the issue is.
