App not sync with device

My Fitbit Zip will not sync with the app. iOS.
I've changed the battery, downloaded the app again. Updated everything. Still work won't.

@BobFlem A warm welcome to our Fitbit Community! Seems odd that your Zip is not syncing with your phone even though you have troubleshooted accordingly. In this case, my best advice is to contact our Customer Support team so they can review your warranty status and get you back on track.
