App not syncing

I cannot get my fit bit to sync to the app!! It will say it is syncing and it might update for that day, but then when I go back to open the application on my iPhone, the data is gone. There is nothing there from previous days and I cannot get it to fully sync.

My charge HR will not sync vis the usb dongle on my imac - I always get an error "update incomplete"

When I try to sync with my iphone using the fitbit app - it does eventualy sync - but the steps data is alot different to the actual steps om my tracker - I did 11,000 steps yesterday and it says I only did 3,200 steps on the app.

 

I have reset the Charge HR and alos deleted the app and re-installed it - both did not work

 

Can anybody help me please

Also- I've already tried deleting app.

@Ash25 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I would recommend the following steps to help you get your tracker syncing again:

 

1.Make sure that you update to iOS App version 2.26 that was released this morning. Click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store.

2. Restart your tracker.

3. Reboot your iOS device.

4. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > turn Bluetooth back on.

5. Open the Fitbit App to initiate a sync.

This should help, but please keep me posted!
