App notifications differ between two Luxe devices

My sister and I have the same Fitbit Luxe and are both updated but she has different notification app than I do. Would there be a reason for this and would anyone know how to fix it?  Example- She has 11 apps available for notifications and I have only 6 apps and they’re all different from her.  Thank you!
