Hi there @nurseabby, good to see you around. Initially the app for iOS was developed for iPhone, so the version of the app you are running despite is compatible for the iPad, it was not made for this device and the display wont be scale in full screen.
Usually on iPad the app will be display in a lower scale in comparison with other apps. However it should not be that small; so I wonder if you can share a screenshot of the display and how it looks the Fitbit app? This is just to have a closer look and review if this is not an issue.
Keep me posted, I'll be around.

Hi there @nurseabby. Thank you for keep me posted you attached a screenshot, unfortunately is was not posted on your reply.
Note that in order to post pictures on a Community post, is require to upload the image first. SInce if you copy and pasted in to your reply it wont work. Use the Photos Icon in the tool bar in order to search the picture on your device and once is uploaded, press Done to attach it into the post.
If you are using a mobile device, remember that you must go to the Fitbit Community using your phone browser, scroll down to the bottom and change to Full site in order to have access to the Tool bar.
Hope this helps, see you soon.
