At 9:00 pm the app showed 8400 steps which was correct. My flex synced and now it shows 8. It is 10:30 pm, all 5 lights show on flex and app shows 8 steps all day. I have restarted phone and nothing works

@1DinaB Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Have you checked yesterday's stats on the app to see if the 8400 steps were recorded? It could have been a problem with the app. Try logging out and logging back in to your account on the app. 

 

As another tip, perform a restart on your Flex to make sure everything is in order with it.

Yes, I have checked, I logged out of the app and on the computer and logged
back in and it never came back. I had to manually add it today. I have
never restarted it so I will try that.

Hey there @1DinaB thanks for the update! Robot HappyMmmhhh this is really weird, but please try following @SantiR's suggestion. Sometimes restarting your tracker does the trick.
