App showing a white screen when opening it.

This morning my app was working great , when I got back from my run I opened it up to update and it stalled out. I tried closing the app but when I went to reopen now all it does is show the Fitbit logo on top for a minute then the screen goes completely blank. I've closed the app and I've restarted my iPod a couple times

Hello @Applejkx, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. At this moment I would like to suggest you to turn off Bluetooth on your iPod from the Settings (not through Control Center), then open the Fitbit app. If the app shows information, turn on Bluetooth again. If not, force-close the app by double tapping the home button and swiping it up, then open it again while Bluetooth is off and check if it's now showing information.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
