App showing exercises as "not synced" / Unable to log foods.

Whenever I manually input my exercises it says “not synced” and will not count those calories burned. This is combination of the food log not working is making my Fitbit useless to me right now. I’ve restarted my watch, closed the app, refreshed it countless times. Nothing works thus far.

Hello @Hervoyavich

I would wait until they fix the food log glitch and then start troubleshooting your watch.

Hello @Hervoyavich, I hope you're doing well, it's great to see you around the Fitbit Community. It's nice to see you as well @ACG, thanks for your insight about this situation. Smiley Happy

@Hervoyavich, thanks for bringing this situation to my attention. Please note that if your exercises are showing as "not synced" that means the Fitbit app is unable to sync them due to a poor WiFi or cellular connection. If you're using a WiFi connection, please connect to a different WiFi network or  turn WiFi off and sync your tracker again using cellular data, this will make the activities sync with our servers. Please do not log out from the app or force-quit it.

Now, when it comes to the food log issues, our team is currently working on an update to solve this issue. Keep an eye on this thread for further updates.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

Thank you for the advice. The activities not syncing is the same when I take it off of WiFi.

Hello @Hervoyavich, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply. Smiley Happy

I appreciate you have let me know you've already tried my suggestions. Tell me, did you try to sync using a different WiFi network? If so, I would like to recommend you to update the Fitbit app to the latest version that has been recently released and try again.

If your exercises are still showing up as "not synced", please take a screenshot of them and reply to me with it, this will be very helpful to check this further.

I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else you might want to add as well, please feel free to do so.

Same here.  Logging activity results in a syncing error. It did recorded my aerobic activities, which didn’t have to be manually logged. It won’t log my weightlifting activity, which I manually logged. This is not a WiFi issue.

UPDATE: I updated the app and now it works
