I have an iphone and sense 2 and am pretty close to 10K steps each a day.
For two weeks (about 4 weeks ago) the app shows either no steps or only about 2K steps each day.
I've reinstalled the app and refreshed multiple times but no luck.

To better understand the situation, please let me know if your phone has the latest software update. Additionally, can you see the total amount of steps on your watch, or is that missing as well?
