App still crashes when checking Hourly activity

I first posted on another post about this problem on Mar 3, 2023.   My app is still crashing when I check the detail of the activity/steps per hour.

I've deleted the app, deleted the fitbit, turned the phone, reinstalled the app and re-syched the fitbit with no luck.

I have an iPhone 13 running iOS 13.4.1

My Versa 2 is running on version 3.79.

Thanks!

The app is still crashing when I check on my steps per hour.   Checking on my online dashboard isn’t,a great solution since I’m away from my computer most of the day.

Hi there, @jlhughes1.

Thanks for getting back and I'm sorry the issue is persisting. I understand you did it before, but please attempt as a last resort to uninstall the Fitbit app, reboot your phone and reinstall the Fitbit app one more time to see if this time it works.

This is still not fixed!  Same issue for months!  IPhone 13, iOS 16.5 - please fix already!

I’ve did as requested, life got out of control and reporting back to Fitbit just never happened.   I still have the problem.

I'm sorry to hear that you're still experiencing this issue. While we wait for a permanent fix from Fitbit, a potential workaround could be to try using the Fitbit app on a different device, if one is available to you. This might help us understand whether the issue is specific to certain devices or a wider app problem. I know it's not ideal, but hopefully, it might provide a temporary solution.

Since the new update I'm unable to go into my profile picture in the upper left.  So I want to change the time for the alarm on my watch - but the app closes down each and every time.
