Hi @Bob.vva @Skkp

My recent update v3.17(935) on iOS 13.3.1. Has also come with many failings. Sleep being one of them.

I rely on the Sleep results being as accurate as possible. And use manual Sleep logging as - I found over the years manual app logging makes it closer to accurate.

Although now - the Sleep area is super buggy. I had major issues with the last Fitbit App version with Sleep tile crashing and being unresponsive.
This update seemed to at least fix that part.

Now an issue of not syncing to see results properly (showing no Sleep wakes, restlessness or time to get too sleep, let alone advanced sleep mode). That doesn't happen for me anymore.

Last night I had the worst sleep and the graph finally showed colored areas of that after opening and closing the app a few times but displayed 0 in times awake and 0 tiles restless 0 time to sleep; when you can clearly see I had poor sleep. Only showed time start sleep and end, due to manual entry.

My fitbit device is a Charge2.

Theres also issues with Steps not calculating properly and always had issues with Trophy’s. 70% of the time not being awarded. i.e. 10,000 15,000 and 20,000+steps 😞 Lucky I dont let it get to me too much; like it would a new user trying to attain those for an award system. To keep them motivated.

Hopefully Fitbit can start resolving its buggy Code, each update I wonder what will break in this next update.

I loved my Fitbit but getting very close to buying an Apple watch. Many people seem to be saying their doing this and happier. Hopefully Fitbit sees people talking about ‘how long standing Fitbit lovers’ are ‘leaving for Apple watches’ and steps up with their App code and do more tests before releasing even more bugs in their code.

Im guessing we’ll see more people come in about this Sleep issue. Over 1/2 users don’t post or know how too. And Fitbit telephone support would be now limited due to the recent world crisis we’re now facing.

Sending well wishes to all & Stay healthy ❤️
