Hi

I can no longer log onto my Fitbit app! Takes my login info & then seems to buffer w the Fitbit symbol. And so I cannot sync my Fitbit to the app or get credit for my steps on the Active Fit app. Please help. I’ve tried everything I can think of: deleting app, reinstalling etc. thank you
