App unable to update or install

I have recently been getting a message from the iOS App as follows:

"We were unable to update/install one or more apps.  Please try again."

This is intermittent but quite frequent. The most recent was when I was in the app today, Tue 29th Aug.  Last Friday, 25th Aug, I had three notifications in two hours!

Does anyone know why this might be happening?

[This forum won't let me attach the screenshots from Friday and today, saying (for both) not allowed in this community.  I can't imagine why simple iPhone screenshots are not allowed.]

Hi @shed53! This sounds like it might be an app on your tracker. If you go into the tracker and into the app gallery, are there any apps there that are trying to be installed/updated?
