Since the firmware upgrade and also upgrade to App version 2.41, which I did on 10/4/17, for my iPhone 7+, the app won't sync to my Alta and the app will completely freeze, requiring me to do a hard reset on my iPhone. This froze my phone to the point hitting the home button didn't do anything, even holding down the power button to shut down the phone had no effect. A hard reset was needed by holding down power and the volume down button simultaneously.
Since the hard reset on my phone, the app still will continually crash or will freeze and not allow any touch capabilities. I have been able to double click the home button to exit the app.
I wanted to wait before I delete and reinstall the app to see if there's a bug fix for this issue.

Hello @Softfire, I hope you're doing fine, it's nice to see you around. ![]()
Have you updated the OS on your phone to the latest version? If so, my best recommendation would be uninstalling and reinstalling the app as you have already restarted your phone and performed other troubleshooting steps.
Please remember to sync your tracker one last time (if you haven't done it recently) before uninstalling the app to prevent losing any data.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
