Updated to app version 4.65 and now my app notification list is totally blank so I’m not receiving a notification on watch even though phone is. My Partner and daughter both have notifications on apps version 4.63 and 4.64 and their app lists are full. Can I roll back from 4.65 to 4.64 until issue is fixed? I’ve tried all the suggestions ie uninstall app reinstall , factory reset watch etc. I can receive text message notifications just not any of my apps unlike partner and daughter im guessing it’s app 4.65 issue?? Anyone help?

I am having exact same issue! My app notification list was there yesterday morning and then blank in the afternoon! I am on 4.65 also

I’ve spoken to support and they are aware of issue but have no idea if or when it will be fixed , or give any support on rolling back to previous app version that didn’t have this issue. Was hoping someone on here might be able to help!

"no idea IF ... will be fixed" Did they really say that? Thinks have really gone downhill since google bought fitbit... getting notifications is a core functionality of this product.

I’ve sorted issue now. If on iOS go to settings, scroll down to apps, scroll to Fitbit and open it, scroll to language and make sure it’s set to just English language not English Uk. Your app list should have returned after changing to English, if no option to change language under Fitbit you need to change language on phone to English only. Hope this helps
