App won't expand Charge 4 notifications tile

I've been trying to get WhatsApp notifications on my charge 4 but when I hit the notifications button in my account settings within the Fitbit app nothing happens. What can I do to fix this?

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I recommend trying the following:

1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
3. Reboot your phone.
4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
5. Verify if your phone is up-to-date: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
6. If the issue still persists, sync your device and then uninstall/delete the Fitbit app from your phone. After that re-download the Fitbit app and sign back in.
