App won't let me delete an alarm.

I have eight alarms and I want to change or delete one but the warning will not let me through to do that. Instead I keep getting the warning I hit okay and I get alarm icon which I hit again and the cycle continues and it won't let me in to make the changes. What can I do?

Hello @Irenesylvia, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board! Smiley Happy

This is indeed a very odd situation, it's possible the information is not updating correctly, which explains why the alarms are unable to be edited or removed. Please force-close the app by double tapping the home button on your phone and swiping it up. Then open the Fitbit app, tap on Account > Your Tracker > Silent Alarms and tap on one of them. Try to edit the alarm or tap on the Delete Alarm button.

If you're still receiving the warning message, let's try deleting the alarms through the online Dashboard:

- Go to Device Settings on the online Dashboard.

- Tap on your tracker and then on Silent Alarms.

- You can Edit the Alarm by clicking on the pencil icon or you can delete it by clicking on Delete Alarm

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink

Hello @DaveYegh, it's great to see you around, I hope you're having a great day! Smiley Happy

Are the alarms showing in the Fitbit app but not on your online Dashboard? Would you mind taking a screenshot and reply to me with it? That will be very helpful for me to check this issue further.
