My Fitbit app won’t open. It hasn’t opened for over a week. I’ve uninstalled it several times, updated it, turned the phone off/on, turned the Bluetooth off/on, ensured my operating system is up to date, but nothing has helped. My watch is currently saying it’s 8.30am (11.37pm is the real time) and not being able to download the data is very frustrating. Can anyone help?? My husband thinks I need to wipe my phone and reset the whole thing, but surely that can’t be the only option!

Have you tried clearing the app data? Or removing the app, restarting the phone, and installing a fresh copy?
I'm not sure which phone model your asking about @JenC2020 this is not a hardware blaze issue.

Hello. Thanks for the reply. It’s an iPhone 7. I’ve deleted the app and downloaded a new copy about 5 times over the last week and offloaded the app in the storage settings. Is that what you mean by deleting the app data? I’m not sure how else to delete the data if I can’t open it. Thanks for your help.

On android, through the phones settings, Fitbit app, their is a button to remove all user data stored with the app.
Doing this has helped when the app would not operate for me.
Since you now say that this is an iOS error, I'll move your post to the iOS board.
