App won't show hourly step activity

IOS will not show the second hourly step count, I have deleted the app and reinstalled, I have done a hard shutdown. The app is syncing and updating so is it the app or the Charge3? Never had this problem with the 2.

Hello and welcome to the Fitbit Community @Bruburk

I’ve read your post a couple of times. I’m afraid I don’t understand what you mean by “second hourly step count”. Could you please clarify what you mean and/or provide a screenshot so I can get a better understanding?

😃 Please keep me posted....I’ll be available

Sure I do my 250 steps at 8am then 9am and so on,and it shows as completed
on the Charge3 but it will not show on the app. I restart the phone I
restart the app I delete the app and reinstall it with phone restart in
between all actions and nothing works. Know that this is an intermittent
problem as it stands today it works, yesterday not so much.

Hello again @Bruburk

Thank you so much for clarifying. I completely understand now. Do you have the “Hourly Step Tile” activated? If not here’s how you can activate it so you can see it on the Fitbit App.

Here’s how:

open your Fitbit App

tap “Discover” on the bottom left of the screen

now scroll down and tap “Health & Fitness Stats”

look for and tap “Hourly Step” tile

now tap “Add to Today”

**This will pop you back to the main page of the Fitbit App. Look among your current/completed challenges and you should find your Hourly Step Tile now appearing on your main page. Now tap that tile and you will see a gear :gear: wheel on the upper right corner. Tap the gear wheel, set your preferences then tap done. Sync your Charge 3 to activate your selection.

😃 Hopefully this answers your question. Please let me know

Hello again @Bruburk

Can you please try restarting your Charge 3? You might have to do it a couple of times in a row. Here’s how: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186

😃 let me know how it goes
