App (in IOS)  suddenly topped sync 2 days ago

 

Removed app and reinstalled. Wont let me log on to accont 

 

When I enter correct password it just says "oops something went wrong"

When I request a password reset, it just says "oops  something went wrong"

Welcome to the Fitbit Community. I see this is your first post. Unfortunately I’m seeing this for the first time and I noted that you sent this yesterday. I too was experiencing the same issue yesterday (along with my Fitbit Friends). The issue has been resolved and you should now be able to login without issue now. Is that the case with you? Or are you experiencing something totally different?
