So I resisted converting my login from Fitbit to Google and finally relented. And I upgraded to the most recent IOS version. Somehow the auto sync that I used to have from Fitbit to Apple or to Loseit and then to Apple.... whatever it WAS doing, it's no longer doing it. And I don't see any settings for connecting fitbit to apple health or vice versa.
This is kinda my last straw with Fitbit. I only use my Aria 2 scale (which they no longer produce). But I have been tracking my weight for a decade or longer using their scales. Does anyone know how to get this sync working again? I see there are third party software solutions that have their own subscription costs, and I didn't need them up until the last week or so. Anyone else having sync issues or figure this out?

I finally figured it out myself. I was connecting Fitbit Aria scale thru the Loseit app. I had to go into the Loseit app and change the login to the google login vs. the fitbit login and force a resync.
FYI in case this helps someone else.
