Thanks for letting me know about this issue with your exercise details. I'm sorry you're going through this. Before anything else, let me explain that while the look of the Fitbit app changed, the same information will continue being available after syncing your exercises. If your activity was recorded directly from your Charge 5, just tap on the exercise tile, tap an exercise log and scroll down to see your heart rate graph (see screenshot below):
On the other hand, if your exercise was automatically detected via SmartTrack, our team is currently aware of an issue with the heart rate not being displayed. They're currently working on this matter and to receive updates I'd recommend subscribing to this thread.
