Hello @RenSher, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Occasionally the tracker can have difficulty finding a signal, typically due to the tracker's fit. For example, wearing your band tightly may constrict blood flow in your wrist and affect the signal. Moving the tracker up a couple inches can be helpful during high-intensity exercises or exercises that cause you to bend your wrist frequently.

If you're wearing the tracker correctly and the heart rate setting is still not changing while you're wearing it, please restart your tracker

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink

@MarcoGFitbit  This is at least the fourth thread about Charge 2 HR tracking gaps since the firmware update.  Some of us have discussed this within the Community Council.  Several of us have experienced small gaps that don't show up in the graph. I am one of them.  Other users that have started or added to threads have posted screen shots with significant gaps.

I believe that it is time to bring this to the attention of the engineers.  Experienced users who know how to wear their trackers are having problems.  This is not user error.

Hello @LZeeW, I hope you're having a great day, thanks for joining the conversation. Smiley Happy

I understand your position and I'd like to remark that I was providing troubleshooting steps above, it was not my intention to imply that it was an error on the user's end.

I would also like to thank you about your insight and I appreciate you have brought this to my attention, I'll make sure to pass along the information you've provided to our team so they can investigate this issue.

If there's anything else I can do for you, please don't hesitate to reply, I'll be happy to help.
