Badd Request (400) Trying to set up my fitbit many times

I've looked at other threads and tried everything like 

pressing the button on the Fitbit while it was trying to snyc 

logged out and in 

deleted everything on my bluetooth list

 

I have an IPhone 6 and I just downloaded the app so i'm assuming its the new version. Please help its frustrating.

Welcome to our Community @higuchi! It's nice to have you here! Smiley WinkThank you for letting us know you have the updated version of the Fitbit App on your tracker. I'd like you to make sure you have your software updated to the latest version and follow these steps:

 

- Log out from the app and uninstall it.
- Turn the Bluetooth off.
- Power off your phone.
- Restart your tracker once more.
- Power the phone back on.
- Turn the Bluetooth back on.
- Reinstall the app and log back in.
- Attempt another setup.
- If the tracker won't set up, attempt a set up with a computer if possible, and if the set up is successful attempt to sync with the iPhone.
