Battery at 50% after getting fully charged.

I just charged my Fitbit and it seemed to be working, however a few minutes later all I can see is what looks to be a battery bar showing 50%. When I hit the button on the left side nothing happens. Anyone else experience this?

Hey, @86bs! Welcome aboard. I just have a few questions. For how long do you usually charge your tracker for? What are you using to charge a computer or the wall? 

 

Your tracker should only take between 1-2 hours to get a full battery. You can try these troubleshooting steps and tips and let me know how it goes!
