+1 for the restart app solution.
The app developer must have missed to get the new battery level value on a "sync-is-done" event.

Unfortunately my husband's iphone will not sync, the Fitbit app shows "looking" and will look forever. His battery is fully charged. I have done a hard reboot on his iphone, and that did not help. I actually removed the Fitbit app and reinstalled it, did another hard reboot of the phone, and that still does not work either. So he cannot look up anything on the app, including sleep, etc.
Any other ideas?

@kawaiiko wrote:Sounds like it is not fully synced. Same thing happened to me. Try turning the bluetooth on and off and sync again. if it is still there, you can either wait and see or restart your fitbit.
Here are the instructions to restart:
- Plug your charging cable into the USB port and insert the other end into the port on the back of your Fitbit Charge HR™. Your Charge HR will begin charging.
- Press and hold the button for 10 to 12 seconds until you see the Fitbit icon and a version number (e.g. "V30").
- Let go of the button.
- Unplug your tracker from the charging cable.
roblem!!!

@CiGI what smartphone are you trying to connect to? Is it on the list of compatible devices?

Also toggling the bluetooth on and off often helps. Also check to make sure the fitbit comes up "connected" in the blue tooth settings menu.

I keep having a look at questions. Do you have to sync everyday I thought I had set mine to automatically sync?

I got in touch with the support team and they told me to put the little USB dongle that came with it into my computer to sync and thus either for me. Have you tried this?
Kind regards

Tried this with my new Charge 2 and it is not the solution to me. Does anyone have a solution that works?
@DerrickS wrote:@wildchylde What's important to note is that the battery level displayed in the Fitbit App is the battery level from the last time you synced your tracker.
Syncing your tracker will update the battery level in your app to the current level. Hope this helps!
